Batch Document Processing

We can readily implement the use of custom barcode cover pages / doc separators, custom barcode labels, or 3M
Post-it® eFlag barcode labels to enable scanning of large numbers of documents in a single batch using the IntellaScan™ Push Scan method.
Then with server-side separation each individual batch document is automatically imported into the CRM Scan queue where the assigned User can link them each to the proper records.

OCR/ICR Form Processing
If paper forms are a standard part of your business process, then we can create Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) templates that automatically extract the data on these forms, convert it to text, and import it into corresponding fields on the appropriate CRM record. Both handwritten and typed/printed data can be extracted as well as check boxes, comb boxes, even signatures.
