With the IntellaScan™ File Import feature users can easily import scanned document images, as well as any other electronic documents, directly into Microsoft CRM.

Scan documents from any desktop scanner and save the resulting image file to the configured network folder. IntellaScan™ will automatically import the file into CRM as a Scan record where a User then assigns it to the related CRM entity record and enters a Title and optional Description.

IntellaScan™ File Import can also be configured to automatically import Faxes delivered to a configured network folder by your Fax Server.

You can even configure a network folder to receive FTP file transfers that are automatically imported into Microsoft CRM.
